As an Area Coordinator you have the calling and privilege of leading and shepherding other volunteers in their service and walk. As a leader volunteer you seek to grow your team in order to multiply the impact of the ministry of Operation Christmas Child in reaching children around the world. In this role you will use your gift of leadership to oversee and manage your team ensuring that each team member has the resources and support they need to effectively complete the activities delegated to their role. As teams grow through prayer and efforts made by you and other coordinators', more shoeboxes will be collected and more children will have the opportunity to hear of and receive God's everlasting love for them.
